A Fun and Rigorous Fitness class for Female athletes ages 12-15. Initial movement screen performed by a physical therapist. Emphasis on proper form and targeting common movement dysfunction, strength, conditioning, and education to put athletes in optimal form for spring season.
Sessions run for 10 weeks. Choose which day/time class you wish to attend. $180 for 10 week session. 1 make up class allowed. Payments by check or credit due at initial screen or before end of first class.
